Return & Refund Policy

At KM Leathers Hub, we promise quality leather products and customer satisfaction. And of course, we know there are instances when there is a situation wherein a return or a refund is needed. Below are the details of our return policy:

  1. Who Can Return?

You can return if your product is damaged or defective. You have to raise your request within 3 days from the date when you received your order.

The products should not have been used, remain in their original packaging, and be in the same condition in which they were received.

  1. Return Shipping

If a product is damaged/defective, you will be expected to incur shipping charges to us. You should also ensure that the product is packed well to avoid damage while it is being shipped.

  1. Refund

A refund will be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Product Not Delivered:

If your order was not delivered to you, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Wrong Product Delivered:

If we delivered to you a wrong product from what you have ordered, you may return the item for a refund. But the item to be returned should be in its original state and condition and must be returned back to us prior to effecting the refund.

Refund will be done once we get back the product and inspect that for its condition.

Note: Delivery charge is not refundable. In any case it gets delivered but goods are not received or customer received wrong item.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund?

Simply call or email our customer service team at Support@kmleathershub.com and give them your order number and the problem you’re encountering, and we’ll be back with all information relating to the return and re-shipping address.
